Magaly De la Paz - Fitness Director

Magaly De la Paz is an accomplished actress, dancer, and choreographer and has over 15 years experience in classical dance.  Her other dance influences include Jazz, Spanish, Hip Hop and African.  Magaly De la Paz started in Las Vegas as a technical dancer and choreographer, with highlights including “The Sergio Alberti Show “and her own “Magaly and The Vamps” which headlined for 5 years.  Ms. De la Paz then expanded her horizons and borders to Europe when she designed the Physical Training Program for the US Army and Air force in Germany.  Ms. De la Paz has accreditation from the International School of Aerobic Training (ISAT) and the International Dance and Exercise Association (IDEA).  While in Europe, Ms. De la Paz was the IDEA Training Coordinator for Germany, Holland and France.   Coming back to the US, Ms. De la Paz entered and won The Miss Physical Fitness Nevada Competition. She then went on to rank 9th in the National Miss Fitness Competition. She is currently studying at Lee Strasburg in Los Angeles, Ca. and can be seen on Buena Onda giving special artist interviews for the Telemundo Network.

Mario Proenza- Producer

Mario Proenza co-founded El Cielo Entertainment, a television production company, in 1998.  El Ceilo Entertainment is the leading producer of entertainment properties for the Spanish-language market.  El Cielo has produced three shows, which have maintained excellent national ratings since their inception: “La Corte del Pueblo”, “La Corte de Familia” and “Buena Onda”; all broadcast via Telemundo.  Mr. Proenza has also distinguished himself as the executive producer of several network specials for Univision, such as “Fiesta Broadway”, “El Fieston de New York”, and “Fiestas Patrias”.  Mr. Proenza has also produced numerous entertainment content/properties for the U.S. market, such as the USA Sport Network, where he served as the West Coast Coordinator, ABC Sports, as Coordinator, the 1985 Super Bowl, and Monday Night Football in 1984, among others.

Richie Namm—Producer / Director

Richie Namm has over 25 years of experience in live television production.  The highlights of his career include the first concert ever broadcast on MTV, “REO Speedwagon”, the first LIVE cablecast on MTV, “The Charlie Daniels Band”, and one of the earliest Pay Per View concerts, “The Who- The Final Concert”, as well as a range of concerts and musical shows from the classics, Frank Sinatra at Carnegie Hall, Lena Horne, Tony Bennett, to the sublime including Jazz performances from JVC Newport Jazz Festival and music performances in almost every genre both on location and in the studio.  Mr. Namm also has extensive experience in Variety television including talk shows, reality shows, relationship shows, game shows, exercise & fitness shows, comedy sketch shows, award shows, and documentary projects, as well as complex assignments in business & corporate television, political coverage, and government & industry.  Richie brings an unparalleled knowledge of TV production to every assignment he tackles. Due to his vast experience, Mr. Namm knows how to focus on those aspects of production that will create a comfortable and productive atmosphere for his artists and talent, and to wring out the most production value for a given budget in the allowable time.

Rick Moncada-Line Producer

Rick Moncada has been a producer since 1980. His first role in the television industry was as Musical Director for Ed McMahon’s Star Search (A National Talent competition that ran for 11 successful years). Rick then developed and started producing Spanish language Television programs such as  “Buscando Estrellas (A Spanish Version of Star Search) for the Univision Network. and "Suenos De Fama" for Telemundo Network. Rick is presently the General Producer for the Miss Universe Pageant on Telemundo.

Sal Campo-Executive Producer, Creator

Sal Campo is a highly regarded and accomplished veteran of the entertainment and communications industry with over thirty years of experience.  Sal’s growth in the media and entertainment industry began in 1974 at Viacom.  During his tenure, his expertise was leveraged across critical operating and divisional areas including, merchandising and licensing; domestic sales; first run syndication and development; cable television sales; Pay-TV sales; acquisitions; home video; international sales; and original productions for Showtime Networks Inc.  Throughout his career he has effectively capitalized on his strong domestic and international relationships making him a valuable conduit to the entertainment sector. Sal values the integrity and friendship he has developed with his peers in the media industry.

Mark H. Elenowitz- Executive Producer, Creator

Mr. Elenowitz is a co-founder and managing director of TriPoint Entertainment and TriPoint Fitness Productions.  He is responsible for the overall corporate development of the firm.  Mr. Elenowitz is a former Director and President of an international media company, specializing in the production and distribution of various media content for worldwide distribution across multiple media platforms such as traditional television, film, and the Internet.  In this role he was responsible for the company’s overall corporate development and corporate finance.  Mr. Elenowitz is Managing Director of TriPoint Capital Advisors, a merchant-banking firm.  He is charged with developing, sourcing and negotiating acquisitions and strategic partnerships.  Mr. Elenowitz integrates a strong, successful entrepreneurial background with extensive financial services and capital markets experience.  He is also the senior managing director of Investor Communications Company, LLC (ICC), a national investor relations firm he founded in 1996.  Mr. Elenowitz is the recipient of several entrepreneurial awards. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business and Management, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Gina DeMunn- Marketing Manager

Gina DeMunn has over 15 years of diversified experience in the Entertainment industry. Ms. DeMunn started her career in the Entertainment industry as a dancer and clothing stylist for Doug E. Fresh. She moved on to become a leading member of the staff management team at Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit management. During her tenure at Flavor Unit Management, she helped manage the careers of such artists as Donell Jones, Outkast, Monica, SWV, Faith, Next, Monifah and Naughty by Nature to name a few. During this time she also perfected her cooking and hospitality skills at numerous events and private parties for her artists. Recognizing that she had a true passion for the hospitality industry, she joined Gracious Thyme Catering & Event Planning to secure her foundation and knowledge. At GTC, she executed private parties for the NYC socialite scene and helped plan fundraising events for the Guggenheim, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, as well as Alice Tully’s Hall at Lincoln Center. Ms. DeMunn also formulated the proposals to obtain key events such as the Volvo Classic, Bike America and the PGA Tournament. Armed with her contacts from the increasingly lucrative hip-hop industry and her catering and event planning expertise honed at GTC, Ms. DeMunn opened her own company, Brown Sugar Catering and Event Planning in 1995.  Brown Sugar Catering’s main objective was to service the entertainment industry and provide them with home-style prepared meals and service with a style. Her client list reads like a who’s who of the entertainment industry. From Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige and Erick Sermon to Magic Johnson and with events ranging from a two guest dinner to a 6,000 guest cocktail party for the Bartender’s Ball, BSC quickly became one of the music industry’s most sought after catering companies. She notably catered Dr. Dre’s “The Chronic Tour,” provided event planning services for Magic Johnson’s “Midsummer Night Magic,” the company launch for MJM and for the 500th company addition to the NY Stock Exchange. Additionally Ms. DeMunn has acted as personal chef to numerous luminaries in the entertainment industry.

Ms. DeMunn expanded BSC into the event marketplace by working with Dream Team Marketing to provide guerilla marketing and event planning services to HBO (first season of “The Wire”), DreamWorks (SwizzBeats, Floetry, Jerzee Monet) as well as Western Union (WU Card). Additional projects within the urban space include PR campaigns for Ashley Stewart, where she launched their first campaign into the urban market (ultimately capturing over 60% of the women’s plus-size marketplace), and as a GM for Branch Brook Park Roller rink where she developed outreach programs for the Newark community that included Read & Roll, Gang Intervention Seminars and summer camps for children from single parent & underprivileged households.

Vanessa Cabezas-Marketing

Vanessa Cabezas has an extensive background in the communications field. She has worked with News 12 Long Island, BET and various production companies.  Ms.Cabezas’s diverse experiences range from event planning, recruiting, production work and make-up artistry. She has received several awards for leading community projects with charitable organizations. Ms. Cabezas is currently the president of her own consulting firm, Majestic Relations Inc.  Ms. Cabezas received her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Hofstra University.
